This Privacy Policy explains how LUULEY collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit luuley.com, shop with us, create an account or contact us. LUULEY is powered by Shopify. This notice explains our practices; it does not replace any consent or choice required by applicable law.
Information collection and use
Depending on how you use the store, we receive contact and address details, account information, shopping and transaction history, payment-related information and communications you send to us. Shopify and payment providers process information needed for payment and checkout. We use the relevant information to fulfil orders, arrange delivery and returns, provide customer care, maintain accounts, prevent fraud, improve the store and meet legal obligations.
Information comes directly from you, automatically from your interactions, and from service providers and relevant partners. Marketing communications and personalized advertising are subject to applicable requirements and your privacy choices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails without stopping necessary order or account messages.
For a personalized item, we receive photographs, names or instructions that you choose to supply. We use and share those materials with the service providers doing the work as necessary to prepare and support the order. Supply only material you are entitled to share, and avoid unnecessary personal information. Uploading a photograph for an order is not permission to publish it in our marketing.
Log data
When you use the site, Shopify and relevant service providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, online identifiers, pages and products viewed, access times and shopping events. This information supports site operation, security, analytics and advertising measurement, subject to applicable requirements and choices.

Information is shared as needed for those services, under applicable requirements. It may also be disclosed when you request or authorize it, to comply with a valid legal requirement, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction where permitted by law.
Shopify
Shopify processes information to host and operate the Services. Certain Shopify enhanced features may combine information from interactions with our store, Shopify and other merchants. Google Ads measurement
We use Google Ads measurement through Shopify's Google & YouTube app. Subject to privacy choices and applicable requirements, information shared with Google can include online identifiers, device/browser details, pages or products viewed, cart and checkout activity, and purchase value and currency. If enhanced conversions are enabled, customer-provided details may be used for matching; identifiers such as email and telephone are sent in one-way hashed form. Hashing does not make information anonymous.

Pinterest advertising and measurement
We use Pinterest's Shopify app, including the Pinterest Tag and Conversions API, for measurement and personalized advertising. Subject to applicable requirements and choices, browser and server events may share online identifiers, product/page views, cart activity and purchase details with Pinterest. See the Pinterest Privacy Policy and your Pinterest privacy settings. You may also use AdChoices; browser-based choices apply to the browser used.
Security and retention
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive details through email or our contact form.
We retain information for as long as needed for purposes such as maintaining an account, completing and supporting orders, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements. The period depends on the information and purpose.
Links to other sites
External websites and social platforms have their own privacy practices. Review their notices when following a link or sharing information there. If you open a Google Maps link or interact with an embedded map, Google may receive IP address, browser and interaction information under its Privacy Policy. Links do not by themselves imply endorsement of another operator's content or practices.

The store is intended for adult shoppers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
