Welcome to luuley.com. These terms apply to the LUULEY website and purchases made through it. Our store is powered by Shopify. Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refunds & Returns Policy and Payment Policy.

We currently sell and ship to the United States only. Product pages describe the item, options and price. Review your selections, address, currency and final checkout total before ordering. Provide accurate information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You must have the legal capacity to purchase or appropriate permission where required.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Orders remain subject to payment verification and availability. If an item cannot be supplied or a material error affects an order, we will contact you to agree an appropriate correction or cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

Cookies and similar technologies help operate checkout and accounts, remember preferences and support analytics and advertising. Optional uses are subject to applicable consent requirements and your choices. Visiting this site does not by itself constitute consent to every optional or third-party cookie. The LUULEY name and website content, and third-party product names, photographs and materials, belong to their respective owners or licensors. A purchase does not transfer intellectual property rights. You may browse and use the site for personal shopping; do not copy, resell, republish or commercially exploit protected material without the relevant permission.

Do not interfere with site security, introduce malicious code, place fraudulent orders or use the Services to infringe another person's rights.

Comments, reviews and submitted content

If a review or other submission feature is available, submit only truthful, lawful content that you are entitled to share. Do not include confidential information, abusive material, spam or content that infringes others' rights. We may moderate or remove material that violates these conditions; customer statements are not automatically our own statements.

For personalized products, check your photographs, names and instructions before submission. You authorize LUULEY and the service providers fulfilling the order to use those materials as needed to produce and support your purchase. This does not grant unrestricted permission to publish your photographs in advertising. Personalized items follow the same 30-calendar-day return window and conditions as other eligible products, with free return shipping and no restocking fee. The Refunds & Returns Policy explains the conditions, any Final Sale exclusion and the prepaid return-label process; remedies for faulty or incorrect goods remain available.

Hyperlinking to our content

You may link to publicly available pages if the link is accurate, lawful and does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or an affiliation with LUULEY or a third-party brand. Using a protected logo or other artwork may require separate permission from its owner. Contact us if you need permission for a particular use.

Content liability and external services

Third-party websites, payment services and social platforms have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms when using their services. A link from our site is not a general endorsement of every statement on the destination site. You are responsible for content you publish on your own website.

Reservation of rights

We may restrict activity reasonably necessary to protect this website and its users, and request removal of links that misrepresent an affiliation or misuse protected material. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and date. Updates do not remove rights relating to an order already placed.

Removal of links and correction of information

If you find an incorrect product detail, broken or inappropriate link, or another issue, please contact us with the page address and a description. We take reasonable care to keep the store accurate and available, but errors and interruptions can occur. Please contact us if an issue prevents you from managing your order.

Disclaimer and consumer rights

Delivery dates are estimates as explained in the Shipping Policy. Colors may appear differently because of screen settings. These explanations do not excuse supplying a materially different, faulty or incorrectly described item.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory consumer rights take priority over a conflicting term.
