30-day return requests

Personalized products follow the same return window and conditions as other eligible items. Email us within 30 calendar days after the item is delivered before sending a return. Items must be unworn and unused, with original tags.

We cover return shipping for eligible, authorized returns and do not charge a restocking fee. After your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label to print and use.

Items marked Final Sale before purchase are excluded from change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights for faulty or incorrect items.

The Abby Slipper is a soft leather slip-on in the nappa leather. This style features a slightly rounded toe and can be dressed up or worn casually. 

Custom pet portraits are one-of-a-kind and painting style may vary based on the artist assigned to your order.


1. Any accessories including clothing, collars or toys the pet is wearing or holding will be included in the portrait.

2. Footwear will be painted with a single face-only portrait and heart. Fully-body portraits excluded.
